1.Sous réserve et sans préjudice de toutes les autres conditions générales, l'offre est disponible pour les clients de PU Prime qui ont satisfait aux critères d'éligibilité de l'offre (" clients éligibles "), comme indiqué dans les sections suivantes.

2.The “Japan Promotion Package” may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the “Japan Promotion Package” to any Client(s) from any countries/regions, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “Japan Promotion Package”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “Japan Promotion Package” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). If you are a minor, you cannot participate in the “Japan Promotion Package”.

5.Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the “Japan Promotion Package” is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the “Japan Promotion Package” corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”, PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary (ies)/Related Party (ies)”, when used in these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”, including, without limitation:

b.person or entity, whom any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the “Japan Promotion Package” is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

3.The NDB and 100% Deposit Bonus cannot be used at the same time.

NDB

1.Promotion component: 100 USD NDB or 15,000 Japanese Yen NDB

2.Account type: Standard Account, Islamic Standard Account, Cent Account, Islamic Cent Account.

3.Eligible Clients: new clients who opened an account through the specific account opening link.

*New clients means no previous account opening record in PU Prime

4.If clients have multiple eligible accounts, they can only select one eligible account to participate in.

5.After a client's eligible account is created, the account manager assists his/her client to apply for the NDB.

6.NDB Credit in start from: 4 July 2024
NDB Credit out: 30 days after the credit in

*Please note that NDB may take up to 24 - 48 working hours to reflect.

7.About deposit & withdrawal during the promotion:

a.IF the client made deposit during NDB trading period:
b.Deposit is not restricted. Withdrawal of deposit is also not restricted.
c.Profit can be withdraw but has limitations:
Clients need to make deposits (minimum is 50 USD (or currency equivalent)) and complete at least 1 standard lot trading volume during the NDB trading period.
*After the NDB is removed or used up, the withdrawal limitation will be cancelled.

8.APRÈS LA FIN DE LA PÉRIODE DE PROMOTION :

a.This promotion will expire 30 days after the credit in, all orders must be closed, and the client needs to apply for withdrawal before promotion ends. After promotion ends, the NDB in the account will be automatically removed. Clients must make sure they have enough margin in their account to prevent the trades from getting liquidated.
b.If the account does not have any deposit or transaction record, the bonus and balance will be automatically removed after the promotion period ends.

100% Bonus de dépôt

1.Account type: Standard Account, Islamic Standard Account, Prime Account, Islamic Prime Account, Cent Account, Islamic Cent Account, Prime Cent Account, Islamic Prime Cent Account.

2.Eligible Clients: new and existing clients who opened an account through the specific account opening link.

*New clients means no previous account opening record in PU Prime

3.Only a new deposit during the 100% Deposit Bonus period can apply for the credit bonus. A new deposit does not include the funds transfer between the accounts that are under the same name (internal transfer), refer-a-friend bonuses, and cash adjustments.

4.If there are multiple trading accounts under the same client’s name, all eligible trading accounts can participate in this promotion, and the system will count the deposit and withdrawal of the account that has received the credit bonus. Based on the client’s ID, clients with the same name account can only redeem a maximum of 10,000 USD in credit (or currency equivalent) in total. (Note: For this promotion, customers can only apply for the “100% Deposit Bonus” once, and all subsequent deposits are only calculated according to the 20% ratio).

b.20% on the amount of their any subsequent deposit that is made in their real (meaning not demo) account(s) with PU Prime, provided that the maximum amount of any such credit bonus awarded to any particular Eligible Client will be limited to a maximum amount of 9,000 USD (or currency equivalent) in credit.

Note: The above currencies are based on U.S. dollars (or currency equivalent), except that the exchange rate is calculated at 0.7:1 for USD vs. AUD, 0.78:1 for USD vs. CAD, 1.02:1 for USD vs. EUR, 1.21:1 for USD vs. GBP, 0.73:1 for USD vs. SGD, 0.63:1 for USD vs. NZD, 0.13:1 for USD vs. HKD, 1:150 for USD vs. Japanese Yen, 1.05:1 for USD vs. CHF, and 1:100 for USD vs. USC.

d.Eligible Clients will automatically activate 100% Deposit Bonus. Clients can check within their client portal.
e.When clients click “Opt Out” on the “100% Deposit Bonus” page within their client portal, their remaining credit bonus received from this promotion will be all removed.
f.Accumulated credit bonus (es) under this promotion is valid and may be used to support the client's account margin. Eligible Clients may use their credit bonus in order to increase their margin during the promotion, when there is a loss in the client's trading account, client will lose the principal part first, and then lose the credit bonus part.
g.La période de négociation du crédit promotionnel dure 365 jours, à compter du jour où le client a activé avec succès la promotion. Tous les clients ne peuvent participer à cette promotion qu'une seule fois, et ne pourront pas y participer à nouveau après son expiration.
h.À l'expiration de la promotion, PU Prime remettra à zéro tout bonus de crédit restant racheté dans le cadre de cette promotion, sans autre notification aux clients. Les clients doivent donc s'assurer qu'ils disposent d'une marge suffisante sur leur compte afin d'éviter que les transactions ne soient liquidées. Il est également reconnu que la société ne sera pas tenue responsable des positions fermées, des transactions perdues, des pertes de profits ou des profits accumulés et/ou de toutes les conséquences que le repos pourrait avoir sur le(s) compte(s) commercial(aux).
i.Si le compte du client est fermé ou suspendu, PU Prime peut, à sa discrétion, annuler le " bonus de crédit " affiché sur son compte, ainsi que tous les profits réalisés grâce à ce " bonus de crédit ".
j.PU Prime ne sera pas responsable des coûts, dépenses ou dommages qui pourraient être subis suite à la réinitialisation ou à l'ajustement du compte du client tel qu'envisagé dans les présentes conditions générales, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les pertes attribuables aux positions ouvertes automatiquement clôturées.

1.This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

2.La participation à la promotion est exclusivement ouverte aux clients.

3.Internal transfers are not allowed between the trading accounts that have redeemed the “Japan Promotion Package”.

4.The “Japan Promotion Package” applies to eligible clients who open a real (meaning not demo) account with PU Prime in accordance with the rules set herein and granted credit bonuses may be used for trading purposes only.

*Any withdrawal of capital will result in the proportional removal of your credit bonus. Transferring funds between your MT4 trading accounts is also considered as withdrawal.

5.Le bonus de crédit ne peut pas être (i) transféré à une autre personne ; (ii) transféré sur un autre compte détenu par les clients éligibles ; ou (iii) échangé contre d'autres services financiers ou avantages fournis par PU Prime.

6.Si les capitaux propres du client sont inférieurs au crédit de négociation sur votre compte, le crédit restant peut être retiré à notre discrétion, ce qui pourrait à son tour forcer un stop out de toutes les positions ouvertes sur votre compte.

7.La PU Prime se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, de

a.to decline registration of any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package”; and
b.disqualify any participant in the “Japan Promotion Package” who tampers or breaches these terms and/or any of the “PU Prime Terms and Conditions” set forth on PU Prime’s website.

8.PU Prime reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue the offering of this “Japan Promotion Package” to any of its clients, without having to explain the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.

9.PU Prime reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the “Japan Promotion Package” or any aspect of it at any time without having to compensate anyone for that. Prior notice of such changes will be given to clients. Please note that taking part in the “Japan Promotion Package” constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.

10.Toute indication ou suspicion, à la seule discrétion de PU Prime, de toute forme d'arbitrage (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le profit sans risque), d'abus (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les modèles d'activité de trading du participant qui indiquent que le participant vise uniquement à bénéficier financièrement du bonus de crédit sans être véritablement intéressé par le trading sur les marchés et/ou la prise de risque sur le marché), la fraude, la manipulation, l'arbitrage de cash-back lié à un bonus de crédit ou toute autre forme d'activité trompeuse ou frauduleuse, annulera tous les bonus de crédit précédemment crédités sur les comptes de trading réels du client éligible auprès de PU Prime et/ou toutes les transactions effectuées et/ou les profits ou les pertes qui en découlent. Dans ces circonstances, PU Prime se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, de fermer/suspendre (de manière temporaire ou permanente) tous les comptes commerciaux réels de ces clients éligibles auprès de PU Prime, d'annuler tous les ordres et d'annuler tous les profits de ces participants. Dans ces circonstances, PU Prime ne sera pas responsable des conséquences de l'annulation du bonus de crédit, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, la fermeture de l'ordre (des ordres) par Stop Out.

11.Dans le cas où un compte commercial devient inactif, tous les bonus de crédit précédemment accordés seront immédiatement retirés du compte réel du client éligible concerné auprès du PU Prime.

12.Taking part in the “Japan Promotion Package” constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of the PU Prime Terms and Conditions set forth on the PU Prime’s website.

13.The “Japan Promotion Package” is available for a limited period of time only, as indicated in the rules of engagement of the specific promotion, and/or survey of which the “Japan Promotion Package” is mentioned to be a part of.

14.En cas de suspicion de blocage ou de positions de couverture, PU Prime se réserve le droit de refuser l'émission de récompenses ou de réclamer les récompenses distribuées.

15.If these terms and conditions of the “Japan Promotion Package” are translated into a language other than English, the English version is superior in the case of an incompatible interpretation.
