2.The “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” to any Client(s) from any countries/regions, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). If you are a minor, you cannot participate in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus”.

5.Participation of “Intermediaries/Related Parties” in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to IP address, of another participant in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus”, PU Prime reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary (ies)/Related Party (ies)”, when used in these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus”, including, without limitation:

b.person or entity, whom any participant in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus”, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or whom, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, is controlled by, or is under common control with any participant in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus”; for purposes of this definition, the term “control” (including, with correlative meaning, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”), as used with respect to any participant in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus”, shall mean the possession, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of such person or entity, whether through ownership of voting securities or otherwise.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

3.Account type: Standard Account, Islamic Standard Account.

b.The same client can only participate in this promotion once and cannot participate repeatedly.

5.If clients have multiple eligible accounts, they can only select one eligible account to participate in.

7.About deposit: Deposit is not restricted.

8.About withdrawal:

a.IF the client trades ≥ 2 standard lots during the promotion period: Can withdraw but has limitations:

During the promotion period, the client can only accumulate withdraw ≤ $200 USD (or equivalent currency) before the credit is removed.
*$200 USD (or equivalent currency) = deposit + profit.
*Credit amounts cannot be withdrawn.

After the promotion ends, credit removed, the withdrawal limitation will be canceled.
b.IF the client doesn’t trade ≥ 2 standard lots during the promotion period: Cannot withdraw.

9.APRÈS LA FIN DE LA PÉRIODE DE PROMOTION :

a.This promotion will expire on 18/12/2024 (system time, GMT+3), all orders must be closed. Client needs to apply for withdrawal before 18/12/2024 (system time, GMT+3). The $200 credit bonus in the account will be automatically removed on 18/12/2024 (system time, GMT+3). Clients must make sure they have enough margin in their account to prevent the trades from getting liquidated.
b.If the account does not have any deposit or transaction record, the bonus and balance will be automatically removed after the promotion period ends.

10.During the promotion period, the balance/bonus cannot be transferred to any other person, cannot be transferred to other accounts held by the same client, or exchanged for other financial services or benefits provided by PU Prime.

3.The "Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus" is available to eligible clients who open a real (non-demo) account with PU Prime in accordance with the rules set herein. The granted credit bonus may be used for trading purposes only.

*Profits generated from trading can be withdrawn at any time without any reduction in the credit bonus, provided no deposit has been made.

*If a deposit has been made, withdrawing profits will not reduce the credit bonus. However, if a withdrawal includes the deposited capital, the credit bonus will be proportionally deducted according to the system logic, irrespective of whether the withdrawal is successful or not.

4.Le bonus de crédit ne peut pas être (i) transféré à une autre personne ; (ii) transféré sur un autre compte détenu par les clients éligibles ; ou (iii) échangé contre d'autres services financiers ou avantages fournis par PU Prime.

5.La PU Prime se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, de

a.to decline registration of any participant in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus”; and
b.disqualify any participant in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” who tampers or breaches these terms and/or any of the “PU Prime Terms and Conditions” set forth on PU Prime’s website.

6.PU Prime reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue the offering of this “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” to any of its clients, without having to explain the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.

7.PU Prime reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” or any aspect of it at any time without having to compensate anyone for that. Prior notice of such changes will be given to clients. Please note that taking part in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.

8.Toute indication ou suspicion, à la seule discrétion de PU Prime, de toute forme d'arbitrage (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le profit sans risque), d'abus (y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les modèles d'activité de trading du participant qui indiquent que le participant vise uniquement à bénéficier financièrement du bonus de crédit sans être véritablement intéressé par le trading sur les marchés et/ou la prise de risque sur le marché), la fraude, la manipulation, l'arbitrage de cash-back lié à un bonus de crédit ou toute autre forme d'activité trompeuse ou frauduleuse, annulera tous les bonus de crédit précédemment crédités sur les comptes de trading réels du client éligible auprès de PU Prime et/ou toutes les transactions effectuées et/ou les profits ou les pertes qui en découlent. Dans ces circonstances, PU Prime se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, de fermer/suspendre (de manière temporaire ou permanente) tous les comptes commerciaux réels de ces clients éligibles auprès de PU Prime, d'annuler tous les ordres et d'annuler tous les profits de ces participants. Dans ces circonstances, PU Prime ne sera pas responsable des conséquences de l'annulation du bonus de crédit, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, la fermeture de l'ordre (des ordres) par Stop Out.

9.Dans le cas où un compte commercial devient inactif, tous les bonus de crédit précédemment accordés seront immédiatement retirés du compte réel du client éligible concerné auprès du PU Prime.

10.Taking part in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of the PU Prime Terms and Conditions set forth on the PU Prime’s website.

11.The “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” is available for a limited period of time only, as indicated in the rules of engagement of the specific promotion, and/or survey of which the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” is mentioned to be a part of.

12.En cas de suspicion de blocage ou de positions de couverture, PU Prime se réserve le droit de refuser l'émission de récompenses ou de réclamer les récompenses distribuées.

13.If these terms and conditions of the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” are translated into a language other than English, the English version is superior in the case of an incompatible interpretation.
