PU Prime lancera la mise à jour de la version du serveur MT4 vers la dernière version du 6 avril 2024 de 00h00 à 02h00 (GMT+3) afin de fournir un environnement de trading meilleur et plus fiable.

L’accès aux comptes de trading, y compris les applications PU Prime et la plateforme MT4, ne sera pas disponible.

Les fonctions de dépôt, de retrait, de recherche de données et les applications d’ouverture de compte pour les comptes MT4 ne seront pas disponibles.

Dernière version du serveur MT4 : Version 1415

Veuillez vous assurer que votre plateforme de trading MT4 est à jour avec la dernière version après le 6 avril 2024. Vous pouvez vérifier la version comme suit :

PC : Ouvrez la plateforme de trading MT4 – “Aide” – “À propos”.
IOS : Ouvrez la plateforme de trading MT4 – “Paramètres” – “Paramètres”.
Android : Ouvrez la plateforme de trading MT4, puis cliquez dans la barre de navigation en haut à gauche – “A propos”

S’il ne s’agit pas de la dernière version, nous vous recommandons de désinstaller l’ancienne version et de la télécharger à nouveau à partir du site officiel de PU Prime : https://www.puprime.com/mt4/.

Nous aimerions conseiller aux clients de gérer leur compte et leurs transactions. Assurez-vous qu’il y a suffisamment de fonds sur votre compte de trading pour maintenir vos positions ouvertes afin d’éviter que vos positions ne soient fermées en raison d’un appel de marge.

PU Prime will be upgrading its PU Prime App starting from 30 March 2024 00:00 hrs. (GMT+3) until 31 March 2024 12:00 hrs. (GMT+3) to further optimise the trading environment.

We would like to highlight that access and functionality of PU Copy Trading will be temporarily suspended during the upgrading period, as it is exclusively available via the PU Prime App.

Once the upgrade has been completed 31 March 2024 12:00 hrs. (GMT+3). Access and functionality to PU Prime App will be restored.

Important Note:

We recommend clients manage their accounts and trades using alternative platforms such as MT4 and MT5 during the upgrading period. Please ensure there are sufficient funds in your trading account to maintain your open positions to prevent your positions from getting liquidated due to a margin stop out.
